Pomonaut pairs a clear kitchen timer with practical task tracking. Your running session is saved to your account, so reloads, tab switches and a second device pick up exactly where you left off.
What’s in it
- Focus, short and long breaks with your own durations, and automatic break suggestions based on completed sessions.
- Tasks with session estimates, drag-and-drop ordering and one active task that stays visible while you focus.
- Focus mode hides everything except the timer and the active task while a session runs.
- Todoist: import tasks and stay in sync, with changes arriving within a second through webhooks.
- Spotify: music starts with a focus session and pauses when the break begins.
- Projects group tasks by colour and can be kept in step with Todoist.
- Calendar-aware sessions from any iCal/ICS link: Google Calendar, iCloud, Outlook, Nextcloud or Fastmail.
- Reports on focus time, completion rate, streaks and the hours you actually get work done.
Your data
Pomonaut runs on servers in the EU. Passwords are hashed, and connected-account tokens and two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. You can download everything as a zip or delete your account yourself at any time. The details are in the privacy policy.
