Neckmap teaches you the neck of your guitar, bass or ukulele with short practice sessions and spaced repetition: notes you miss come back sooner, notes you know come back later. It also covers ear training, key signatures, chords in a key, scales and patterns, and the circle of fifths.

Frequently asked questions
What does “due for review” mean?
Everything you practice gets a schedule. Missed items return within minutes, items you get right return after longer and longer gaps. Due items are played first in your next session.
I hear no sound.
Check the speaker button in the top corner of the app and your device volume. Neckmap mixes with other audio, so music apps can keep playing.
Is my progress synced between devices?
No. Progress is stored only on your device and is included in your normal device backup.
Can I use an alternate tuning?
Yes. Pick your instrument and tuning on the Practice tab. Guitar and bass include Eb and D standard, DADGAD, open tunings and drop tunings down to Drop A.
